Are you interested in new, multi-agency approaches to engage lonely and socially isolated residents?
Please join us on March 30, 2020 to learn how Bury is using Careview to address social isolation. Careview is an award-winning digital platform that has been in operation in the UK since 2016. After a year-long evaluation funded by the National Health Service, we have recieved co-funding from the European Space Agency to expand our operations from Leeds to two additional locations: Bury and Wakefield District.
As with all Careview events, this free event also includes a masterclass on how to build effective multi-agency collaboration in your city. We’ve invited pioneers from the UK and Denmark who will share innovative approaches to address loneliness: from re-imagining community outreach to encouraging people to ask for help.
Careview has been been used by Public Health teams, charities and Fire and Rescue Services to discover and re-engage vulnerable residents such as older people and newly arrived migrants with their local communities. If you are interested in running a subsidised Careview pilot in your city, you’ll have an opportunity to have a relaxed and friendly conversation with the team.
